This TradeRelay website introduces a commercial maintenance service planned for Austin, Texas. Job cards, vendor names, ratings, and activity shown on the site are illustrative. They do not represent verified live activity.
Information you submit
Service inquiries and vendor applications collect the name, company, email, phone number, service category, location, and project information you provide. These records are saved privately on the website server. They are not currently emailed to a TradeRelay team or sent to vendors.
Website accounts and service records
Account information, password hashes, business locations, service requests, quotes, messages, reviews, and invoices are stored in a private database. Sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Business records are restricted to their owner, the assigned vendor, and administrators. Demo accounts contain sample data only.
No live booking or payment
Submitting a form does not book a contractor, guarantee a response, approve a vendor, or authorize a charge. This preview does not dispatch emergency assistance. Do not rely on it for urgent safety issues.
Vendor applications and W-9 documents
Vendor applications also collect your business address, experience, licensing, and insurance details. The required W-9 upload may contain your taxpayer identification number. We use it for vendor onboarding and tax reporting. W-9 files are encrypted in storage, restricted to administrator downloads, and kept separate from public profiles. Administrator document downloads are recorded. Uploading a document does not mean its contents have been verified.
Other sensitive information
Only submit tax information through the designated W-9 upload. Do not put tax IDs, payment card details, or access codes in other form fields or messages.
Your records
TradeRelay administrators can review submitted records. For questions about your information or a deletion request, contact justin68912@icloud.com. Some records may need to be retained for tax or other legal obligations. Signing out revokes the current session. Email verification and password recovery are not yet connected. No advertising trackers or analytics are configured. Inquiries are reviewed in the administrator inbox; automatic email delivery is not configured.
